You will be given instructions either to meet at the front of the terminal building at the set down zone C or at the Orange Short Stay car park. If directed to Orange Short Stay car park, go to row A&B unless otherwise advised.
Please note, it is important that you are outside to meet the driver within 10 minutes of making the phone call, otherwise the airport may charge you a levy of up to £50. You are responsible for any exit fees.
Make sure to bring the receipt that you were given at handover on your arrival. Should you have misplaced this receipt, you can also provide your passport as proof of ownership.

Follow signs for Stansted Airport then follow directions for either, the Express Set Down at the front of the terminal, or Short Term Car Park, depending on your phone call with the staff member.
If heading to the short term car park, enter the short term road and stay in the right-hand lane. Once you pass the bus station on your left, the next car park will be Orange Short Stay. Enter this car park and head towards the taxi bays. Drive past them and pull up at the orange posts in lane G.
For those looking to charge their vehicle, you must provide your own charging cables to the car park to do so.
Customers must pay a £7 entry and exit fee, which should be provided to the driver. This can be provided in cash or prepaid with a credit/debit card at the payment machine.
The car park will wait until 2 am in case of a delayed flight. However, if the delay takes longer than this, then the customer will need to wait until 4 am, when the car park opens once more.

It was not clear from your instructions that we were supposed to drive into the drop off point in front of departures. When we called the number the man said he had no record of our booking and then after some pressure he found it. I cant say he was particularly polite. The man who picked up the car was not friendly. I showed the collection man the car charging cables, he said he knew nothing about this..... when the car was returned the car was not fully charged. this is what i had paid for, the car was only 60% charged. this meant I had to stop on the way home and charge. your information did not make it clear that there was a further £7.00 to pay when exiting the drop off area. again the man who dropped of the car was unfriendly. A smile costs nothing.
