There are three types of airport parking East Midlands available – Park and Ride, Meet and Greet and Park and Walk. These are either official options operated by the airport or off-site options operated by external companies. Official services are often more convenient as they are closer to the terminal and offer the extra security of being on-site. However, off-site car parks offer great value for money, excellent security and it will only take you a bit longer to reach the airport. Below you will see what EMA Airport parking services are available.
For parking near East Midlands Airport, a Park and Ride service is a great choice. You simply park your car yourself or drop it off at the car park reception and hop on a bus to the terminal. Transfers at East Midlands Airport do not take longer than 8 minutes. Park and Ride is often the cheapest parking option, as you have the slight inconvenience of having to catch a bus. However, it is great value for money and many providers offer on-demand shuttles, meaning you will not have to wait more than a few minutes.
For convenient parking at East Midlands Airport, opt for a Meet and Greet service. You can drop your car off directly at the terminal and pick it up from the same space when you get back. If you have a lot of luggage or are travelling with a big group, this can be an excellent choice. The only downside is that Meet and Greet options are often the most expensive parking option at East Midlands Airport.
Park and Walk East Midlands Airport car parking is a hassle-free choice. You can park your car at one of the airport’s onsite car parks and walk a few minutes to check-in at the terminal. It is a great option if you do not want to wait around!
