The official Valet Parking service allows you to drop-off your car at the Short Stay car park just outside the South Terminal and make the 4-minute covered walk to the terminal building. Unfortunately, this car park is not available on Parkhero at this time.

It is one of the more expensive options but is worthwhile for those short weekend breaks for the convenience of walking just 4 minutes to the terminal building before and after your flight. The car park is self-park with a number plate recognition system and allows you to choose a space yourself and keep your car keys. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book the Short Stay car park with Parkhero.

 

Premium Short Stay Parking Gatwick AirportPremium Short Stay

The Premium Short Stay car park at the South Terminal is located in the same multi-storey building and offers customers more spacious parking spots and a close vicinity to the covered walkway to the terminal. It is not possible to book this service through Parkhero.

Otherwise, head to the Long Stay South car park where you can park for free for 2 hours and take the free shuttle bus to the terminal. Buses take around 10 minutes to reach the terminal and run regularly.

 

How to get from Gatwick South Terminal to the long stay car park?

The Long Stay car park runs a free shuttle service to and from the terminal. It runs every 10 minutes and takes around 10 minutes for the transfer. This is the cheapest and easiest way to the Long Stay car park. The bus stop is directly outside the arrivals area.

 

Is it possible to park at Gatwick South and fly from Gatwick North?
